2017 Poster Presentations

NICHE celebrated its 25th Anniversary at this year’s 2017 Conference in Austin, TX.
This year’s poster session showcased 75 posters that explored four important topics in promoting the care of older adults: Interdisciplinary Geriatric Clinical Quality Improvement Initiatives: Nurses at the Frontline Driving; Innovations in Delirium and Dementia Care; Integrating NICHE Principles and Practices Across the Care Continuum; and The NICHE Program and Age-Friendly Hospital Initiatives: Designing the Path for the Future.
